Costs

All order within New Zealand that are over $109 will receive FREE postage!

For orders that are less than $109 within New Zealand, Pure Fiji offers a special flat postage rate of $10.00.

Timing

All orders are sent via a courier service to ensure fast & safe delivery to your door.

Please allow 3-5 days for your Pure Fiji order to arrive at your door step. Delivery lead times depend on which state you live. 

Orders placed during a sale or promotion, can take up to 14 days.We endeavour to dispatch as quickly as possible, but please be patient.

Pure Fiji endeavours to get your order to you as fast as possible. The delivery times outlined above are approximate. We hope that deliveries can get to you at the earliest part of the window, however we cannot accept responsibility for delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. strikes, natural disasters etc.)

Tracking

If you need us to track your parcel, or help estimate on approximate arrival time more closely - please check the emailed tracking number or contact us.

Delivery

As a signature is required on delivery, we suggest a work address or P.O. Box if you think you won't be home to sign for your delivery. 

If for some reason, you miss your delivery, you will receive a notification card in your mailbox, and you will be able to select an option to get your package redelivered or collect from a collection point.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Pure Fiji, we want to ensure your orders arrive safely and securely. All online orders are dispatched with the directive of "Signature Required" on delivery to confirm receipt. However, if an "Authority to Leave" is in place for your delivery address with NZ Post or another courier provider, this overrides our "Signature Required" directive. As a result, Pure Fiji NZ cannot be held liable for parcels that are stolen or go missing once the courier has left the parcel at the delivery address.

Important Information:
- If there is an active "Authority to Leave" for your address, we are unable to replace parcels that are reported as missing or stolen, as the delivery carrier is authorized to leave the parcel without a signature.
- To ensure the secure delivery of your future orders, please ensure that you do not have an "Authority to Leave" set for your address. You can check and adjust this through NZ Post or your courier provider.
