Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track its status.
Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).
Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website.
We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet.
Once your order is under the status "preparing for shipping", "shipping" or "delivered", then we cannot accept any edits to your order.
Our New Zealand store only ships to addresses within New Zealand. For other countries please see our where to buy page.
All orders are sent via a courier service to ensure fast & safe delivery to your door.
Please allow 3-5 days for your Pure Fiji order to arrive at your doorstep. Delivery lead times depend on where you live.
Orders placed during a sale or promotion can take up to 14 days. We endeavour to dispatch as quickly as possible, but please be patient.
If you need us to track your parcel or help estimate at approximate arrival time more closely - please check the emailed tracking number or contact us.
Ordering
We accept Visa and Mastercard.
All prices are in New Zealand dollars on our New Zealand store and are inclusive of GST.

Returns
We do accept returns in respect to the following conditions:
- The item must have been sold on our online store - The item shouldn't have been used in any way - The return or exchange request is made within 14 days of delivery - The return is made within 14 days of the return or exchange request - There is no exchange or returns on E-Cards or Spa Gift Certificates.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.
Rewards
Simply sign up for a Pure Fiji account. If you already have an account then you are already enrolled and will already be earning points on each purchase.
When you place an order: - You earn 1 point for every dollar you spend. - When you first register: 50 points - On your birthday: 100 points - When you follow us on instagram: 25 points - When you like us on facebook: 25 points - When you review products: 25 points - When you refer a friend who places their first order: 200 points
Points are worth $0.03 each, so 100 points would be worth $3.
Once you have earned the minimum of 100 points, you will be able to redeem these either during checkout or by clicking on the rewards icon in the bottom left to generate a rewards coupon that can be applied to your order. You may redeem points in blocks of 100. Each block of 100 points is worth $3.
Unfortunately, this is not possible. Points are redeemed as a coupon discount and only one coupon or sale discount can be used at a time.

Once logged into your account you should be able to click on the rewards icon (bottom left) to view your points. Or view your points total on your account page.
There is no limit to how many points you can earn on purchases. Some ways to earn have restrictions and can only be earned once e.g. Signing up, and liking or following us on social media. Birthday rewards can be earned every year and product reviews can earn up to 50 points per month.
Yes, your points expire after 1 year. We will email you if you have points that are about to expire.
Yes, for every new customer you refer to Pure Fiji, they will get $10 off their order and you will earn 200 points. These can be redeemed for a discount on your next order. See the Rewards icon at the bottom left for more details.
