Information on how to enter the promotion forms part of the conditions of entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed as acceptance of its terms and conditions.

• Entry is only open to New Zealand residents that are 18 years of age and older.
• Pure Fiji/The Beauty Assembly (the "Promoter"), it's employees and their immediate families, participating agents and their associated agencies are ineligible to enter. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries.
• To be eligible to qualify for entry, a purchase of Pure Fiji product on nz.purefiji.com of $100 or more to be made. Each separate purchase of $100 on the Pure Fiji NZ website equals one separate entry.
•  The Promotion period commences 10^th October 2024 and runs until 24^th November 2024.
• Prize winner will be drawn randomly from entries & announced by 30^th November.
•  The winner will receive the following prize for themselves and one (1) guest:
• Return Economy Class flights to Nadi, Fiji from any direct destination in New Zealand with Fiji Airways. Travel is valid 12 months from 10^th October 2024. Blackout dates such as peak travel season, public holidays and Australian and New Zealand school holidays will apply. Flights must be booked via the Fiji Airways Sales & Marketing office at least 30 days prior to travel.
  
• Three nights accommodation in a lagoon view suite at the Intercontinental Resort and Spa Fiji with daily breakfast for two.
• The winner is solely responsible for all other additional costs and expenses associated with the prize that are not specifically included (as stated in clause above) and that are incurred by the winner and/or their guest, including, without limitation,
• any meals or drinks outside of those stated
• airport transfers, transport and accommodation not otherwise included in the prize,fuel, parking, additional flights or cost associated,spending money, additional activities, personal expenses, visas, travel and health insurance, and any other incidentals.
  
  
• The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, cannot be converted into cash, cannot be applied to any existing booking and may not be used in conjunction with any other competition/prize draw offer.
• The prize subject to availability and must be redeemed and completed by 10^th October 2025. If the winner is unable to redeem the prize before this close out date, the prize will be forfeited.
• Prize travel will not be eligible to accrue Status Points and cannot be used in conjunction with carriers' frequent flyer schemes.
• The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alteration of entries. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any injury or damage to participants or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in this promotion.
• Pure Fiji/The Beauty Assembly accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value and reserves the right to substitute the prize in whole (or any of its components), with a substitute prize of equal or greater value.
• Pure Fiji/The Beauty Assembly reserves the right to vary, suspend or terminate the promotion, or remove any entry at any time, for any reason including (without limitation) if the promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond the control of integrity, or proper conduct of this promotion.
• Pure Fiji/The Beauty Assembly reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, extend or suspend the promotion and/or prizes at any time for whatever reason to the extent permitted by law.
• Pure Fiji/The Beauty Assembly assumes no responsibility for any injury, damages, or losses that may arise from a winner or their guest's participation in activities offered in this promotion. The winner and their guest must comply with all reasonable instructions and directions given by Pure Fiji/The Beauty Assembly and any other third-party provider involved in the provision of the prize prior to and/or during the event. Pure Fiji/The Beauty Assembly assumes no responsibility for any injury, damages, or losses that may arise from a winner or their guest's participation in activities offered in this promotion.
• To the extent permitted by law, neither The Beauty Assembly nor any other person or party associated with the promotion shall be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including, but not limited to, direct, indirect and/or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with either participation in the promotion or with the prize offered including for the avoidance of doubt; inability to travel or redeem the prize for any reason.
•  The Promoter collects the entrant's personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. The winner's name and contact details will be shared with Intercontinental Resort & Spa to fulfill the prize.
• These promotion terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand and the courts of New Zealand shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes arising therefrom.
